How long does the cookie last?
It doesn't expire. As long as the customer eventually signs up using your link (or is identified to your account), you get credited.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly, around the 5th, for the previous month. Minimum payout threshold is $50 — anything below rolls over.
What about refunds?
If a customer refunds within their 30-day money-back window, the corresponding commission is reversed. Refunds outside that window don't affect your earnings.
Can I run paid ads?
Yes — Google, Facebook, and TikTok ads are allowed, with two rules: don't bid on our brand keywords (NakibVPS, etc.) and don't impersonate us in copy or design.
Is there a minimum referral count?
No minimums. You earn from your very first signup. Top affiliates get bumped to higher tiers (negotiated separately) — talk to us if you're driving 50+ signups/mo.
